These lessons are great for our basic obedience graduates or a dog that already knows the basics. These lessons are one day a week for about an hour for 5 weeks. The CGC Program teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners. The 10-step Canine Good Citizen test is a non-competitive test for all dogs, including purebreds and mixed breeds. This course helps give you the extra training and help your dog needs to refine their basic obedience skills and get them ready to take the test on the 5th week. The CGC award is a prerequisite for some therapy dog groups. Once you successfully pass the test your dog will be an American Kennel Club Certified Canine Good Citizen dog. $80
